what is your return policy?

due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at info@lovesickclothes.com.

how are my items made?

each garment is hand-made by liz (the owner). she patterns, drapes, sews and packages your order directly from her home studio in los angeles. sewing and promotional materials are outsourced.

how do i care for my LOVESICK items?

to ensure your items last as long as you want them to, please be sure to hand wash or use machine wash cold and tumble dry on low. we recommend you spot clean any garment that has a screen-printed design on the front and wash inside out.

when will i receive my order?

once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.

processing time: 1-3 days

shipping time: 3-5 days

 

US shipping: we offer free domestic shipping for orders over $100. domestic orders are typically delivered 3-5 business days after being processed.

do you ship internationally?

yes! we offer worldwide shipping.

 

international shipping : our standard shipping rate of $20 applies to all international orders. transit times can take 10-20 days depending on the country.

why do i have a "processing fee" on my order?

we have a $1.30 processing fee that helps us offset the costs associated with marketing materials, packaging materials, and the time and labor required to carefully package your order. your order is carefully packaged in a small home studio in los angeles.
